Gourmet Veggie Burger

Serves 4

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Prepare veggie burgers according to package directions and keep warm.

  2. Spread the rolls with mayonnaise and chutney to taste.

  3. Spread onions on the bottom half of each roll and top with a veggie burger.

  4. Top veggie burger with sliced cucumber, tomato slices, and sprouts.

  5. Set top half of the rolls in place and serve with onion rings or fries.
