Fresh Blackberry Mojito

Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves

  • 1 cup fresh blackberries

  • 1 tablespoon light sugar

  • 8 ounces light rum

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • Club soda

  • Lime slices

  • Fresh mint sprigs


Directions:

  1. In a pitcher, muddle the mint leaves, blackberries and sugar.

  2. Add the rum and lime juice, stirring to mix well.

  3. Pour the mojito into 6 tall glasses and fill each with ice cubes. Top each off with club soda.

  4. Garnish drinks with a lime slice and mint sprig.
