Green Tea Martini

If you're looking for a spirited drink to celebrate National Iced Tea Month, try this green tea martini courtesy of Salada. We doubled the original recipe so you can share.

Green Tea Martini

Serves 2

Ingredients:

• Juice of 1 small lime


• 2 tablespoons superfine sugar


• 2 ounces freshly brewed Salada Pomegranate Berry Green Tea


• 1 ounce Grand Marnier


• 4 ounces citrus vodka


• Lemon or lime slices

Directions:

1. Squeeze lime juice into a small plate.


2. Sprinkle sugar in a second small plate.


3. Combine tea, Grand Marnier, and vodka in a martini shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.


4. Dip the rims of two martini glasses in the lime juice then into the sugar to coat.


5. Strain martini mixture evenly into the prepared glasses.


6. Garnish with lemon or lime slices. Serve immediately.
