Radish Butter

Makes 1 cup

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup soft vegan butter

  • 1/4 cup minced radish (or to taste)

  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh chives or other herb of your choice


Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, stir all of the ingredients together and serve.
