Spicy Vegan Butter

  • 1 cup vegan butter or margarine, softened at room temperature

  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro


Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

  2. To soften, set on the counter for 15 minutes for easier spreading.
