Slow Cooker Stuffed Quince (Serves 4)
4 quince, cored
1/4 cup raisins
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
2 teaspoons vegan butter
3/4 cup water
Combine remaining ingredients except butter and water, and stuff the cored quince with the mixture.
Dot each quince with 1/2 teaspoon butter. Place in a slow cooker.
Pour water into slow cooker, cover, and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
