Grab These Books Before They Become Movies

You know how some people say the movie is never as good as the book? Well, yeah, that is mostly true.

But the times, they are a'changin'. Thanks to masterpieces like Game of Thrones and, well, mostly just Game of Thrones, movies are upping their story retelling games. I'm kidding, of course. There are plenty of other adaptations that had us begging for more: Lord of the Rings, The Shawshank Redemption, The Fault in Our Stars, Fight Club and The Hunger Games, just to name a few.

Which story will rise to the top as the next great book-to-movie adaptation? It's probably coming to a theater near you very soon. In fact, the end of 2017 and all of 2018 will be chock-full of book-to-movie adaptations you won't want to miss out on. You should also make your own call about how the movie holds up — meaning that it's time to get your Amazon Prime account ready, because these are the books you shouldn't miss out on before the movies are released.
