Molly Ringwald became the iconic American teen; her freckled visage even graced the cover of Time magazine in 1986. Now 47, Ringwald has had a busy career, appearing on the TV show, The Secret Life of the American Teenager. She's also had a great Broadway run, appearing in such shows as Enchanted April, Sweet Charity andCabaret. In 2013, she released her jazz album, Except Sometimes, featuring original jazz tunes along with a cover of the Simple Minds hit, "Don't You (Forget About Me)," the theme song from The Breakfast Club. Ringwald dedicated the cover song to director, John Hughes, who died in 2009 from a heart attack.
