Yes, she's a young star with a ton of talent, but if Ariana Grande can't stop sticking her foot in her mouth, she's not going to have any fans left.

After a source told Star magazine that Grande refused to do the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, saying she didn't want water poured over her head because she was not willing to be seen without her hair extensions or full makeup, fans came out in droves on Twitter to nominate the star to participate. The same fans expressed their dismay when their requests were ignored.

Giuliana Rancic publicly alleged that the rumors of Grande's "diva" behavior are very true, and she even told a tale about Grande elbowing her to make sure the camera got her good side. "Glad I didn't buy my daughter tix to her concert!" tweeted one mom, while another fan tweeted, "I'm sad how much of a diva (in a bad sense) Ariana Grande has turned out to be already. Calm down gurl," in response to Rancic's claims.

AMA red carpet meltdown

When Grande arrived on the red carpet for the 2013 American Music Awards, sources say Grande had her reps order photographers to stop aiming their flashes at her. Since photogs must use a flash to take pictures, they didn't meet her demands, so the they were then asked to stop yelling her name. They did, but Grande still stormed off the carpet.

After paying Twitter homage on Marilyn Monroe's birthday, Grande caught some flack from fans who didn't feel the late starlet was a positive role model. Grande responded with a now-deleted twitlonger (you can read it on crushable) calling fans "assholes" and telling them she feels sorry for them because "when you've been dead for 50 some odd years...... nobody will be wishing you a happy birthday."

Security footage caught Grande running her tongue along a tray of unpurchased doughnuts in a shop on the Fourth of July before turning to swap spit with her rumored boyfriend, Ricky Alvarez. Needless to say, fans were grossed out and disappointed to witness her behavior.

As if the doughnut-licking wasn't enough, in the same video footage Grande was captured saying, "What the f*** is that? I hate Americans. I hate America," in response to a tray of large doughnuts. Um, happy Independence Day?

In a two-page apology note (see the second page on the next slide) regarding the Fourth of July doughnut debacle, Grande explained that her words were taken out of context, but she is an advocate for healthy eating.

Fans were not having it and were offended by her apology itself. "You have to learn not to say you hate Americans? Really? #Fail," tweeted one user, while another responded with, "Fake apology. Real Americans don't believe you. We have #OneLessProblemWithout YOU!"

The day after Grande's Twitter apology, she posted a four-minute video on YouTube to try to explain her actions further, but fans didn't feel it was heartfelt. "She was just running around in circles, saying words with no meaning. I see no sincerity," tweeted one follower.
