The couple, who announced their pregnancy at the end of 2012, are definitely moving forward with their nesting plans to get ready for their growing family. Even though their family is only growing by one member, they are making sure everyone has a lot of space.
The new home currently has 10,000 square feet, but that doesn't seem to be enough for Kimye. The dynamic duo are gutting the place and adding a 14,000-square-foot home in its place.
The home is located in a gated and ultra-private community to keep away from the prying lens of the paparazzi. A few other Hollywood celebrities call this area home, too, including Jennifer Aniston and Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis.
Of course, the Italian-style villa will have all the trappings a power couple needs like a hair and makeup room, basketball court, movie theater, and an indoor and outdoor pool. If those activities don't interest West and Kardashian, they could always retreat to their new bowling alley.
If the pair need to pay for more renovations, they could always take the $3 million they were reportedly offered for the first photos of their newborn. However, the two are going to hold out for more money.
By waiting until closer to Kardashian's due date, the can probably rake in more money similar to the $6 million Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony raked in for their twins or perhaps the $14 million Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie garnered for their twins.
