Justin Timberlake just can't get away from Britney Spears. The newlywed singer and actor is featured on the cover of this week's People magazine with bride Jessica Biel, but Spears also makes an appearance, courtesy of a small photo in the upper-right corner.
The Spears story has nothing to do with JT's wedding, but it seems the two won't ever be able to get away from each other.
Spears is hardly the focal point of the cover, though: It's all about Timberlake and his playful leap. Biel is sitting pretty in her pink Giambattista Valli Haute Couture.
Inside, Timberlake and Biel described everything about their wedding at the Borgo Egnazia resort in the southern Italian city of Fasano — Timberlake even co-designed his tux with Tom Ford.
"It was a really special evening," Timberlake told the magazine, with Biel adding the whole thing was a "total fantasy experience."
"I was about to stand up in front of my friends and family and bare my soul for the person I love. It was terribly emotional," Biel told the magazine, adding that she had "butterflies" as she walked down the aisle.
All was good once she saw her beau.
"I felt calm," she said. "I thought, 'I got this. We got this.'"
The couple wrote their own vows for the non-denominational ceremony officiated by friend Bill Purple. They exchanged gold bands with a hammered finish from designer Leor Yerushalmi of the Jewelers of Las Vegas, according to People.
As for that original song he performed for Biel during the nuptials? He's not saying much, other than it "was an original piece I wrote specifically for the evening and for her. I figured if there was something I was going to be able to offer, it would be to sing her down the aisle."
Biel added that it was definitely the most emotional part of the ceremony.
"That definitely started the tears. Not just for me, either. For pretty much everyone who was there!" Biel added.
"Grown men were weeping. Hopefully it's because I didn't sound bad," JT joked.
"It was a lot to ask of them to travel, so we figured we'd give our guests a good party!" Timberlake said.
Noticeably missing from the crowd were Timberlake's *NSYNC cohorts. Apparently they were pretty upset about the diss, too.
"The band were not invited and are pretty upset about it. But the wedding guests were mainly close family and friends," a source told The New York Post's "Page Six."
Timberlake didn't think anything was missing, though.
"To hear all of our family and friends cheering at extremely loud, inappropriate decibel levels, that became the pinnacle of the ceremony," he added. "It felt perfect. It felt like everything came together."
