And Where Is Her Hubby's Wedding Ring?

The singer emerged from rehab recently, and everyone hoped for the best. But with a visit to the hospital over the weekend and a husband spotted without his wedding ring, it seems all is not well in paradise.

LeAnn RimesLeAnn Rimes' life seems like it just keeps becoming more and more of a mess, but that may be all appearances. The singer checked herself into rehab earlier this summer after becoming embroiled in a Twitter war regarding her husband and his ex-wife (and allegations that she is a homewrecker). And she also turned 30, which is a stressful psychological moment for any woman.

And now, fresh out of rehab, she ended up back in the hospital on Sunday. But the singer said it's not as bad as it sounds. Rimes said the visit was for "dental problems."

Rimes wrote on her blog about the ER visit:

"The ER at 3am, THAT is an interesting place to be. Feeling much better now, thanks to my husband's best friend who's an ER doc. I've been living in a dental nightmare for 10 months. I'm getting back on track though, I hope."

Before she went to the ER, she tweeted on Saturday about her medical issues:

"I feel like I got hit in my right side of my face with a baseball bat :( NOT a good feeling…"

But after the ER visit, rumors started about the singer again when her husband, Eddie Cibrian, was spotted in LA without his wedding ring on. But before anyone panics, a source told E! News that the couple and his children were seen out in the area all weekend.

"They seemed to have a great time and talked a lot together," the source said.

When Cibrian was photographed, he was in workout clothes, which could also explain the lack of ring. And on Tuesday, Rimes tweeted a message making everything seem okay.

"Lunch withy BFF and market for dinner with hubby," she said. "After the weekend I've had pure normalcy is welcomed!!!!!"
