Lady Gaga pulls a Bieber, pukes onstage

It must have been the Italian food.

Lady Gaga pulled a Justin Bieber in Barcelona on Sunday night when she threw up multiple times during her performance of "Edge of Glory." Video of the performance shows a dancer trying to shield the audience from the 25-year-old singer's projectiles by frantically waving his arms. It was undoubtedly his career high.

Unlike Bieber, Gaga collected her cookies without leaving the stage and continued with her performance.

It's likely her puking professionalism is a result of lots and lots of practice. The singer is known to throw up while performing, as she described during a concert this summer.

"I went backstage and vomited, and I did not want you to see this… It happens to me sometimes," she told a Romanian crowd.

Sounds like someone needs more protein in her diet. At least she's eating, though. The singer gave a figurative middle finger to critics last month when they blasted her recent weight gain. She responded by creating the Body Revolution campaign.

Before that, she worried pal Elton John with her thin frame — and she infuriated fans when she claimed that "pop stars don't eat."

Lady Gaga owned her onstage performance, though.

"SPAIN, you took the p*** outta me. Thats some hard bodied pop stuff," she tweeted after the show.

Later, she posted a link to the vomit vid with a good-spirited joke.

"Was praying nobody saw but actually its quite a good laugh if u need one!" she joked, adding, "I still hit my routine mom!! :)"
