The Nymphomaniac puts in a photo request

Shia LaBeouf's inbox is getting all hot and bothered, thanks to his upcoming role in The Nymphomaniac. Turns out all you've got to do to get a "nether regions" photo of the star set to have real sex on the big screen is email in a request!

Preparation for Shia LaBeouf's real sex scenes in the upcoming and rather scandalous The Nymphomaniac are already underway. Tasks at hand? Defend the decision to film the real deed, then find a private parts body double!

"There are rules," Shia LaBeouf told USA Today of the agreements reached with The Nymphomaniac director Lars von Trier -- and girlfriend Karolyn Pho. "I have ethics, I'm not completely out of my mind."

"But I don't think there's anything wrong with sex," the 26-year-old actor, who dipped into full-frontal nudity in a music video earlier this year, insisted. "Sex is beautiful if it's done right. And I wouldn't just do it for no reason… Sex is different than love, and there is a separation, and that middle gap is what the movie's about."

In order to get the ball rolling, the casting department apparently needs a good look at all Shia LaBeouf has to offer. When questioned about developments on The Nymphomaniac the actor smirked and shared that he'd just received a request to send the production office photos of his nether regions for body doubles.

"I framed the e-mail," LaBeouf commented with a laugh.

Shia LaBeouf is "so done" with big budget flicks >>

Judging by the buzz already surrounding The Nymphomaniac, Shia LaBeouf may have another hit on his hands -- although he's sworn blockbuster films are no longer his thing.

The Transformers star explained of his turn in taste, "All I'm really trying to say in the most politically sensible way is, 'Thank you so much for giving me the opportunities, I would just like to make movies about people now.' That's it..."

"If I could give the money back and get all the credibility in the world that I'm seeking, I would do it tomorrow. In a heartbeat."

Do you predict The Nymphomaniac will help or hurt Shia LaBeouf's career goals?
