She talked to the Huffington Post about her love life and what it’s like to show everyone her personal life.
"It hands down is not easy," she told the website. "But that's the risk you take doing reality television — you choose to put yourself out there, you choose to be vulnerable on television, and to let a lot of people see into your life. There are going to be a lot of people who can relate."
She seemed shocked that people want to know about her life as much as they do… and more so that they think they know what happens behind closed doors.
Bailon previously appeared on Rob’s family's show, Keeping Up with the Kardashians, when the couple were still dating.
"When people fall in love with you as a couple on television," Adrienne told the Huffington Post. "They only see a certain part of it. When they stop me in the street and say, 'please get back together and give him another chance,' I'm just like 'what?' It's weird."
Bailon started her singing career in the group 3LW, which was discovered by popstar Ricky Martin.
Her next group, the Disney group Cheetah Girls, also included Raven Symone and filmed three movies as well as recording numerous albums.
She is currently in the reality show Empire Girls along with Julissa Bermudez, along with three other stars.
The New York Daily News looks at it similarly to how Bailon looks at her life. The show is a look into the life of a reality star. But asks the question: “After you’ve been on TV, which, to a lot of Americans, means by definition you have made it, how do you sustain that success?”
