Glee star Amber Riley had a scary moment on the red carpet last night. Find out what happened, and what she said definitely did not cause the incident.

Walking the red carpet looks mega fun, until you're actually on it. Then all the people yelling at you and flashbulbs create a whole new level of pressure -- sometimes an unbearable level.

Glee's Amber Riley found that out last night when she collapsed on the red carpet while doing interviews at the TV Academy in Los Angeles to promote her hit show.

The actress tweeted her fans after the incident, "Hey guys, I'm okay :) I got a little dizzy from all the photog flashes! You'd think I's be used to it by now, still a red carpet amateur I guess."

"Gonna get checked out but I feel fine. Thank you for all the concern and well wishes."

"I'd also like to thank the photographers for being so professional and not taking photos of me on the ground," she added. "I truly truly appreciate it. Could have been super embarrassing."

Ever the consummate professional, Riley still participated in the panel -- even after hitting the floor.

Lest you think that Riley has some deep, dark health secret, think again. Despite theories going around on Twitter, the actress wrote, "Let me stop the rumor mill right now. I'm not pregnant! Yes I'm black but I don't have diabetes, I don't starve myself to fit clothes; I buy clothes to fit ME not vice versa, I DO NOT DIET; I eat right and exercise! I love myself waaaay more than I like my career. I would never ever put myself in harm's way to mirror any 'image.' Come on ppl. Get a life. I did get a great laugh this morning reading all the BS though lol."

And yes, you totally can faint from flashbulbs. So there.

"I love myself waaaay more than I like my career". This is such a healthy approach to body image in an industry that is so the opposite way. It's good she addressed that quickly as rumors spread so fast. I'm sure walking the red carpet is intimidating, but hasn't she been doing it for a while? I couldn't tell if she was being sarcastic about no one taking pictures while on the ground, but that's impressive they didn't if true!
