Scarlett Johansson is in the best shape of her life, thanks to training for her role as the Black Widow in The Avengers. The actress details just what it took to get into such fabulous form, and the one culinary addiction that might undo all of her hard work overnight.
"You have to eat a really clean diet, a lot of kale and salmon," Scarlett Johansson said of her Avengers diet. "Basically you get all your nutrients and then training like crazy."
Elaborating, the 27-year-old continued, "The training is crazy, but you just suck it up and do it. There is a lot of strength training and agility training, and fight choreography. You go in, and you just do it."
Though the early weeks were physically draining, there came a point when the Black Widow actress hit the mark. Johansson told the U.K. TV show Daybreak, "It hurts and it hurts and it hurts and then suddenly it doesn't hurt and you're getting it right and it's a great moment -- you feel like you've accomplished something big."
Still, the woman who describes her character as "very bendy and fierce," had to tackle her own issues. "Every woman has body worries, and I'm not exempt from that," the actress said. "But part of the by-product of spending that much time in the gym is that you can fit into a catsuit."
Not for long though, if her indulgences get out of hand! "[I am obsessed] with buffalo chicken wings, I am addicted to them," Scarlett Johansson told FOX411. "You will have to roll me down the red carpet next time you see me."
