Vinny stands by Snooki during pregnancy

The guidos and meatballs of Jersey Shore aren't the first people who come to mind when thinking of parenthood. However, Vinny defends Snooki's maternal future.

Vinny comments on Snooki's pregnancy Pregnancy rumors had been surrounding Snooki for weeks before she finally confirmed the news. Now that she is expecting a child with fiance Jionni LaValle, will the Jersey Shore party girl be ready for motherhood?

Her fellow housemate and former flame weighed in and thinks that she'll find her way just fine, as every other mother does.

"I think she'll work on it," said Vinny Guadagnino to The Huffington Post. "Any mom, whether they're 40 or 24, doesn't know what it is like until the baby is there. Everyone can talk about how irresponsible she is and how she drinks, but you don't know how she'll be when the baby comes out."

What did he have to say about the baby's father, Jionni LaValle?

"I don't know the kid, but it is going to be a life-changer for him," Vinny said, politely. "But they have good families so they have people to help them.

Vinny also affirmed that the Jersey Shore family ties will continue to last, even though the cameras have stopped rolling.

"You know, this is real," he said. "We all get into our hardships with each other and petty arguments but this is real life. She is pregnant and we are there for each other… I think it is a cool thing. It was definitely a shock, but you have to adapt to whatever life throws at you."
