With a new house, a new studio and a new dancewear line in the works, Lacey Schwimmer is one busy lady. Did we mention that she is Lady Foot Locker's brand ambassador? We were thrilled when the Dancing with the Stars pro agreed to take time out of her hectic schedule to help with a little problem we have: Our two left feet!
After our dance-itis was confirmed, it was time to take it to a pro who could tune up our skills. So, to those suffering from a similar diagnosis, don't fret. Lacey provided us with five moves to get even the most awkward shoulder-shaker through their next party, wedding, or girls' night out.
The key? Don't take it too seriously! "You'll never see me dancing serious at a club," Lacey said, when asked about her favorite dance moves. Instead, she immediately pulled out a classic MC Hammer and proceeded to shimmy across the floor. Dancing with the Stars: Cue the music, we're about to break it down!

While Lacey won't be appearing full time on Dancing, she told us she will be making a few cameos throughout the season. And of course, she'll still be teaching wannabe booty shakers like us to groove off-screen.
Five things in Lacey's gym bag...
"Everybody loves to dance, I think some people are just too afraid to get up and try it," said Lacey. "My advice is to do it in your bedroom first, look at yourself in the mirror, make sure you feel comfortable and then just get out there and go do it. Everyone else is having a good time, you should too."
In her free time, Lacey likes to hang out with her boyfriend, fellow dancer DJ Guthrie, and their adorable Chihuahua that she bought for him for Christmas. The two also recently purchased their first home together and are in the process of decorating.
While she is sad to be stepping down from Dancing this season, Schwimmer told us she will always cherish her time on the show and is not opposed to coming back in the future.
"We'll see," said Lacey. "Just keeping it open for right now." She does note that despite the amazing experiences she had on Dancing with the Stars, she wont miss the intense amount of stress.
