Celebrities always seem like they have perfect lives — perfect careers, perfect clothes, perfect everything. So, it's only natural that their Valentine's Day memories would be perfect as well.
Okay, they aren't really perfect, but it's easy for us singles to hate them for their romantic Valentine's Day memories. Sigh…
E! News host Giuliana Rancic managed to snag the world's most romantic and supportive husband in Bill Rancic. Bill has been there for his bride as she battled breast cancer late last year — and that's hardly the first time he's done something sweet for her.
"Bill got a suite at the Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago and snuck a tiny box into my pajamas, so as I was putting them on, the box fell out. Inside was a diamond heart necklace with a sweet inscription on the back," Giuliana told PopEater last year of her favorite Valentine's Day memory. She won't share the meaning on the inscription, calling it their little "secret."
A lot has changed for Justin Bieber on the love front since Valentine's Day 2011. Last year, the Biebs said he planned to visit with fans at a screening of his concert movie, Never Say Never.
"On Valentine's Day, I don't know, I think I'll be in L.A.," he told PopEater in 2011. "So, I might go to a random movie theater [playing Never Say Never] and surprise my fans. I think I'm just gonna do one."
This year? He's dating Selena Gomez and even gave her a promise ring, according to some reports. He also spent time with a new valentine: 6-year-old Mrs. Bieber, also known as Avalanna Routh.
Routh suffers from a rare form of cancer and her parents created an online campaign to get Bieber's attention. It worked: He met with his biggest fan this week, and the duo played board games and little Avalanna even styled his hair.
All together now: Awww!
Bieber was obviously moved by the visit.
"That was one of the best things I have ever done," he tweeted. "She was AWESOME. Feeling really inspired right now."
"Best part of my day."
We'd expect Adriana Lima to have an extravagant Valentine's Day, but the Victoria's Secret supermodel prefers a low-key holiday.
"I've never had a bad Valentine's Day because I always try to make it fun, but the best Valentine's Day was the day I got married. This year, I want to spend time with my family, go out to dinner with my husband, and after that, something with lingerie involved," she told FashionEtc.com recently.
Pint-sized Modern Family star Rico Rodriguez doesn't really have a best Valentine's Day memory yet, but he's looking to create some with a newly-single pop star.
"No, I haven't [been in love yet]! My celebrity crush is Katy Perry. But she doesn't know that yet. But she will. Soon! Soon, Katy! She's really, really pretty. And I really like her voice, and her music and stuff," he told Wonderwall. Cute!
