While Seal has been all over the talk show circuit discussing his split from Heidi Klum, his wife has maintained steady radio silence on the breakup. Today she spoke out for the first time.
While not vociferating quite as vocally as her soon-to-be-ex Seal, Klum did at least thank her fans for their support.
"Hi everyone, I want to thank u for all your support & kind words," Klum wrote on Twitter. "Really means so much. Thanks again... to the best fans in the world! xoHeidi"
Short and sweet with no details on what may or may not be going on between the pair -- unlike Seal, who has been discussing the split with everyone and anyone who will listen while promoting his new album Soul 2.
First stop: The Ellen DeGeneres Show, where he still wore his wedding ring the day after the announcement was made and sang a cover version of "Let's Stay Together." (For the record, Klum has been spotted still wearing hers, too.)
"Yes, I am still wearing my ring. I think it's just pretty much a token of how I feel about this woman," he told DeGeneres. "Will we wear the ring for the rest of our lives? Who knows? But right now it feels really comfortable on my hand so I have no intentions of taking it off anytime soon."
Then it was on to Piers Morgan Tonight, where he claimed there was a chance the pair might reconcile.
"Never say never," he said.
"Obviously, I can't speak for my wife and I'm not gonna sit here and B.S. you and tell you we haven't had problems… I don't know at this point, to be honest. If it were that easy, if there weren't problems, we would still be together. That is the reality."
Finally Seal stopped by Access Hollywood to explain exactly how they broke the sad news to their kids.
"The main thing," Seal said, "is to make sure that they feel that they're loved, make sure that they understand that their parents love each other, make sure that they understand if there are any changes, it is absolutely nothing to do with them."
Klum is either going to maintain a dignified silence on the details of what went on between the two, or else she's waiting for the highest bidder to come calling.
Only time will tell.
