Danielle Younge-Ullman's debut novel about an artist struggling with the ghosts of her past is beautiful and emotional. The dark novel follows the story of Mara, whose self-involved parents were too busy looking after themselves to care for their daughter. This has left Mara alone and afraid to let anyone through her walls as an adult. Though Falling Under was originally released in 2008, the publisher has issued a new e-book version for the Kindle, and it is not to be missed.
Pages of Sin: A Bibliophile Mystery
Any fan of books will adore Kate Carlisle's Bibliophile Mystery series. Brooklyn Wainwright, a rare book expert, is a lover of all things literary, and also happens to constantly find herself in the middle of murder investigations. This cozy mystery series is a real delight, and if you haven't had the chance to read these books, this is the perfect opportunity. Pages of Sin is a novella from the Bibliophile Mystery series written exclusively for your electronic reading device. For just under $3, it's a steal and is available from your favorite e-book outlet.

We all know the classic story of Anne Frank, the girl who we all fell in love with through her diary. Anne hid from the Nazis with her family, but it's easy to forget there was someone else there with her. Peter van Pels, forced into hiding as well, tells his story in Annexed. This fictional account discusses Peter's experiences with Anne, his hatred for her morphing into love, and continues after Anne's diary falls silent. This powerful novel is an enhanced Nook book, containing: a Q&A, a reader's guide and audio of a few of Winston Churchill's speeches made during the novel's time frame.

America is still taken by the image of Camelot in the White House, the perfect Kennedys: handsome Jack, beautiful Jackie, and their two lovely children. Of course, we all know that there are darker secrets lurking under the bright, shiny surface, but that only makes their story more compelling. In this enhanced e-book edition of Arthur Schlesinger, Jr.'s interviews with Jackie Kennedy, the reader gets to see a whole different side of this fascinating woman. The e-book includes video clips to set the scene at the beginning of each chapter, audio to accompany the text, and more. If you're a fan of the Kennedys, then this enhanced e-book is an absolute must-buy.
In the Bleak Midwinter
Though In the Bleak Midwinter was released years ago, it's found a whole new life as an e-book. The first novel in the Rev. Clare Fergusson series is addictive and completely gripping. It's a smart murder mystery with amazing characters and a unique premise. Clare isn't exactly your typical church leader, and she isn't afraid to speak her mind. In the Bleak Midwinter is just under $3 at your favorite e-book outlet, which is an amazing price for such a wonderful read. Just one warning — if you read this book, you can bet you'll be running to pick up the rest of the series. Luckily, they are all available for your e-reader.
Bossypants (Enhanced Edition)

Yes, you've probably already read (or at least heard about) Tina Fey's hit memoir. You have to wonder, is there anything this woman can do wrong? Gorgeous, smart, funny, and now a bestselling author — it would be easy to hate Tina Fey, yet her book is so well-written, honest, and engaging that readers will adore her even more. The enhanced edition of Bossypants is worth a look, even if you have read this book before. It includes audio clips, new photos, drawings, an entire chapter read by the author (a must if you haven't heard the audiobook version of the book), and more. Whether you loved this book or haven't had the chance to pick it up yet, this enhanced version has it all.
Micro: A Novel
When he passed away in 2008, Michael Crichton left behind two unpublished manuscripts. The first, Pirate Latitudes, was a bit of a disappointment for fans of the late author's work. But this latest novel, Micro, completed by Richard Preston, has the potential to be a book that hearkens back to Crichton's most beloved works. Because it was completed by a different author, this isn't a novel you would necessarily want on your shelf, in case it doesn't live up to expectations. An e-book is the perfect way to consume this last work.
