Show of hands: Who loves Randall and his YouTube video sensation "The Crazy Nastya** Honey Badger?" If you do, you're in good company — Taylor Swift is a huge fan, too!
The singer hung out with Vogue for several days during fashion week last fall and revealed that despite her squeaky-clean image, she loves naughty humor as much as the next gal — but don't even think of putting it on the record!
Swift recited the entire "Honey Badger" video for Vogue, but refused to be recorded doing so for fear she would alienate a fan base who loves her for her clean-living lifestyle. It's an attitude she is extremely familiar with, but rather than feel stifled she embraces it — after all, being good is just part of her real personality.
"Ever since I was sixteen, the question that I get in every single interview is, 'So, all the pop stars right now who are stumbling out of clubs and going crazy— are you going to do that?'" she told the mag.
"When I was younger, I had to be more insistent with people because they would say, 'Yeah, they all say that when they're sixteen, honey. Just wait till you're nineteen or 20. That's when it all goes off the tracks!'"
"But you know, as time has gone by, I've gotten that question less and less," she explained. "I think, for me, the bigger pitfall is losing your self-awareness. Even though I am at a place where my dresses are really pretty and the red carpets have a lot of bright lights and I get to play to thousands of people… you have to take that with a grain of salt. The stakes are really high if you mess up, if you slack off and don't make a good record, if you make mistakes based on the idea that you are larger than life and you can just coast."
"If you start thinking you've got it down, that's when you run into trouble — either by getting complacent or becoming mouthy." She laughs. "And nobody likes that."
