Sara Leal: Ashton Kutcher ruined my life

Who is the real victim of Ashton Kutcher's infidelity? You may have thought it was Demi Moore, but his mistress says it is actually her!

San Diego party girl Sara Leal said her dalliance has utterly ruined her life and that despite hiring a lawyer to arrange for paid interviews after the fling, she wasn't asking for all this attention.

"It might have seemed like I was asking for it, but I wasn't," Leal said in an interview with Fox News. "My dad wouldn't even talk to me, and I got a lot of disturbing phone calls, even from my friends' parents.

"I'm not a party girl. I got fired from my job. I am no longer friends with my best friend who was my roommate because it caused so many problems and I had to move out. I wasn't working for two months, and I only just started working three weeks ago. I had no idea what I was getting myself into."

Leal also claimed she had no idea Kutcher was married when she met him in a San Diego nightclub -- and certainly not to someone as high profile as Demi Moore.

"I don't watch television and I read very few magazines," she claimed. "It never crossed my mind that he was married. But then he said he was separated, which still doesn't make things okay, but I wasn't thinking clearly."

"He was a good looking guy and it was stupid. When people say to me 'I can't believe you did that' I want to say back that most 22-year-old girls in my position would have done the same thing."

As far as those Girls Gone Wild-style photos of Leal that a friend sold, she said they aren't representative of what she's really like -- but for some people what happens in Vegas doesn't stay there.

"Those made me look bad and everyone who knows me on a personal basis knows I am not a crazy slut party girl," she said.

"I've had one boyfriend since I lived in San Diego, and those pictures were one weekend out of my life that painted the worst image of me ever. I was a mess for two weeks straight it was so horrible."

Leal has since landed a new job with a real estate company and is training to become a yoga teacher. Demi Moore announced her divorce from Ashton Kutcher in November, over two months after his liaison with Leal.
