Engaged Twihards can now make their vampiric wedding dreams come true. Bella's wedding dress from Breaking Dawn isn't just a costume -- you can actually buy a replica designed by Carolina Herrera herself!
The modest gown with a dramatic lace back will hit stores on Monday via Alfred Angelo for a truly bargain basement price of just $799. Carolina Herrera herself will be selling another version of the gown in her CHNY boutiques next year.
"I wanted to create a magical moment that they had at the wedding," Herrera told Reuters. "She's an innocent girl that is finding her first true love, so there is romance, there is magic, there is everything together."
The designer described the process of bringing author Stephenie Meyer's dream dress to life at the premiere of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn -- Part 1.
"I was called by Stephenie Meyer," she said. "We had to discuss a lot, but I was very inspired by her book and the description of the wedding. I was very flattered I was asked to do it; it's a big scene for me."
"Wedding dresses are different, because you have to know that it's the most important day in the life of a woman," she said. "You have to please the bride first of all, and it has to be a secret. I cannot talk about the dress before the groom sees it. I treated [Kristen Stewart's Bella] like every other bride," she admitted. "I think she was very moved when she tried it on. And that means a lot, because she felt that it was the right one."
