The Katy Perry pregnancy rumors have been circulating nearly since she and Russell Brand got married -- but the "California Gurls" singer says in no uncertain terms that her womb is totally empty.
Hollyscoop caught up with the star backstage at the American Music Awards to ask if the rumors are true, and her response left little room for interpretation.
"Hell no!" she said.
Well that certainly settles that, doesn't it? But don't take that to mean babies are never going to be on the table. Perry told Ellen Degeneres that she definitely wants kids someday -- just not quite yet.
"I would love to have children," Perry told the talk show host. "I think that's one of the reasons you get married, especially to the person that you marry. You think, 'That person is going to be a good partner, a good parent.'"
One reason the rumors started is because while Perry is in great shape, she is not the stick figure that many stars are -- and she fully admits she has no interest in starving herself to fit any so-called ideal.
"I like In-N-Out Burger and Taco Bell and if you want to make that pregnant that's your problem," she told The Insider.
During a concert at New York's Madison Square Garden last week, Katy told the crowd that her bump was nothing more than a "food baby" and that she was thoroughly enjoying her share of New York City pizza.
