Demi Lovato upped the sex appeal at the 2011 Latin Grammy Awards wearing this violet Roland Mouret gown with a plunging neckline. The 19-year-old's cleavage-baring gown reminds us a lot of Jennifer Lopez's famous green Versace dress that she wore to the Grammys in 2000.
Lovato's stretch-crepe gown is available on Net-A-Porter for $2000 for those daring enough to wear it. But what's interesting is that Lovato actually wore the dress backwards from how the designer intended. Lovato's reversal makes the dress more revealing, but she pulls it off.
Angelina Jolie also mixed things up when she wore her Max Azria gown backwards at the SAG Awards, only her reversal gave her less cleavage.
Lovato also showed off her new red ombre hair, however later tweeted she was unhappy with how her hair turned out. "Bummed that my red hair didn't stay very well," she wrote.
The "Skyscraper" singer performed for the first time at the Latin Grammy Awards, singing "Solamente Tu" with Spanish singer Pablo Alborán.
Shakira was honored at the event, winning the 2011 Latin Recording Academy's Person of the Year Award. The Columbian singer, who has won seven Latin Grammy Awards in the past, said the honor was "one of the most important moments in my life and the most important recognition I've received." She also picked up Best Female Pop Vocal Album for her album, Sale el Sol and she performed a song off of that album for the show.
Calle 13 was the big winner of the night, taking home nine awards including Album of the Year for Entren Los Que Quieran. Pitbull, Marc Anthony and Usher also performed at the Latin Grammy Awards.
