Dr. Phil to re-test Rebecca Zahau's body

Talk show host Dr. Phil plans on re-examining the body of Jonah Shacknai’s girlfriend, Rebecca Zahau.

Dr. Phil is paying to exhume and test the body of the girlfriend of multi-millionaire Jonah Shacknai's girlfriend, Rebecca Zahau. Zahau was found dead, naked and hanging in Shacknai's San Diego mansion a couple of days after his young son died after falling down the stairs.

The San Diego county sheriff ruled Zahau's death a suicide, saying, "Rebecca received news regarding Max's grave condition at about 10 minutes to 1 in the morning. She made the decision to take her own life."

There was reportedly a suspicious note, written in black paint, at the scene that said, "She saved him can you save her."

Zahau's family didn't agree with her death being ruled a suicide. She was found hanging in a way that her family said would be difficult for her to do herself and they feel that foul play may be involved. "It seemed like from the beginning a lot of things were ignored," her sister, Mary Zahau-Loehner, told ABC News.

Apparently Dr. Phil, who was found by Oprah, thinks the same thing.

Shacknai's son Max, 6, was hospitalized and eventually died after injuries sustained from reportedly falling down the stairs at the mansion.

Shacknai, who is the CEO of the pharmaceutical company Medicis, released a statement after the death of his son Max and his girlfriend two days later. "While the investigation is over, the emptiness and sadness in our hearts will remain forever. Max was an extraordinarily loving, happy, talented, and special little boy. He brought joy to everyone who knew him, and we will miss him desperately. Rebecca too was a wonderful and unique person who will always have a special place in my heart. "

Dr. Phil, who also scored the first interview with Casey Anthony's parents, plans on releasing the findings of the new investigation on his show during sweeps season in November.
