Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler has canceled a Paraguay concert tonight after accidentally knocking out several teeth in the bathtub.
The American Idol judge was showering in his hotel room when he has a nasty fall and took a face plant onto the bathtub -- knocking out two of his very expensive-looking teeth in the process.
Tyler's injuries were so bad he reportedly had to be taken to the hospital -- and tonight's concert has been postponed.
"We have had to delay the concert until tomorrow (Wednesday) due to the incident suffered by the band's singer," concert organizer Marcelo Antunez told reporters.
"Mr. Tyler had a small accident that prevents him from staging the concert tonight... he is fine, he's in his hotel but he's not able to do the concert," he explained to the press.
This is not the first time the 63-year-old has taken a nasty spill. In 2009 Aerosmith was forced to cancel the remainder of their North American concert tour after Tyler fell off the stage and broke his shoulder. In 2010 guitarist Joe Perry appeared to push Tyler off the stage during a Toronto concert; Tyler was uninjured.
Tyler's rep and Aerosmith's publicist have so far had no comment.
