Michaele Salahi Still With Journey Guitarist
It looks like Tareq and Michaele Salahi won't be crashing any more White House events any time soon since Tareq wants to end the marriage.
It's been a busy week for former Real Housewives of D.C. star Tareq Salahi. First, the reality star claimed that his wife, Michaele Salahi was kidnapped. Soon after that announcement, Michaele revealed that she wasn't kidnapped after all -- she was just on tour with her new boyfriend's band, Journey.
"We are reaching to the public pleaing [sic] desperately for your help. It is our belief as of last night, that Michaele Salahi may have been kidnapped or abducted and [is] being held under duress and forced to tell persons, including authorities she is okay," Tareq said in a statement after Michaele left their northern Virginia home.
Soon after, TMZ found her in Nashville with Journey guitarist Neal Schon.
"Scoop Marketing, the rep for Journey, confirmed with TMZ that 'Nobody kidnapped her and they are in Memphis together.'"
Now, the scorned reality star is filing for divorce.
Tareq filed the divorce papers in the couple's home state of Virginia, citing Michaele's continued adultery as the reason for the marriage dissolution.
"She continually exposes our friends and acquaintances to her adulterous relationship and has flaunted the same throughout the community, the nation and indeed the world, and thus caused me to suffer great harm, humiliation and embarrassment," Tareq wrote in his divorce statement.
He also alleges that Michaele has been in a relationship with Shon "for a period of months" and that her boyfriend sent a picture of his penis to him.
"The paramour [Neal] sent to my email account ... a[an] email with an attachment of a penis," Tareq wrote.
The couple's rep, Gina Rodriguez, told SheKnows that they have no comment on the impending Salahi divorce.
It looks like the he said/she said with Tareq and Michaele Salahi is just beginning.
