Matthew Fox was apparently causing a ruckus in Cleveland, Ohio in the early hours of Sunday morning. A police report has been filed detailing a strange incident between the Lost actor and a female bus driver.
It seems one Ms. Heather Bormann was sitting in a party bus outside of a bar when (according to her) a drunken Matthew Fox tried to climb on board.
"Victim states named suspect tried to board a private party bus that she was driving," the police offense report states. "Victim got up from the drivers seat and blocked the entrance."
From there Heather Bormann explains to TMZ:
"He just kept staring at me with his mouth wide open and not saying anything. I told him, 'You have to leave buddy. You are trespassing on my bus.'"
That's when Fox "leaned in and started punching my crotch and breast."
Bormann says, "I took one hand to his jaw and he was spitting blood. He stumbled backwards."
"This was my self-defense," Bormann says ... adding, "This was the only way I could protect myself…..from a man beating up on a woman."
SheKnows has yet to hear back from reps for Matthew Fox about his side of the story.
Matthew Fox was not arrested in connection with the incident, though he was detained and later "released to a friend and conveyed to his hotel via taxi."
Heather Bormann has yet to press charges, but that doesn't mean he's off the hook -- she is meeting with prosecutors today.
Would you press charges if you were the victim of Matthew Fox's assault?
