R&B singer Monica, who appeared on the first season of The Voice as an advisor to Cee Lo Green, obviously loves her hubby of eight months. Monica and Los Angeles Laker Shannon Brown got married -- again -- in a much-talked about wedding ceremony over the weekend.
Hundreds of friends and family members attended the pair's wedding ceremony and reception at Vibiana, a 19th century cathedral in Los Angeles. Guests included Carmelo Anthony and Lala Vazquez, Jermaine Dupri and Brown's Lakers teammates Kobe Bryant and Derek Fisher.
Monica renewed her vows in a Stephane Roland gown, then celebrated with her guests at a reception coordinated by Mindy Weiss.
Monica and Brown were originally married last November in a quiet ceremony at their home in Los Angeles, following a month-long engagement. They'd only been dating for a few months after having met on the set of Monica's music video, Love All Over Me, last summer.
Monica, 30, and Brown, 25, both have children. Brown has a son from a past relationship and Monica has two sons with ex-fiancé Rodney "Rocko" Hill -- three-year-old Romelo and six-year-old Rodney, Jr.
We wish Monica and Shannon Brown the best on their (second) marriage and we hope Monica had the wedding of her dreams.
