Gwyneth Paltrow joins Twitter & Facebook

Not content to rest on her laurels as the world's most pretentious blogger, Gwyneth Paltrow will now be Goop-ing up Twitter and Facebook.

The actress has finally joined the social media revolution, and her first Twitter post is a rather boring video of Gwynny walking down a New York City street looking for a cab.

"Hi!" she said in the video. "I'm trying to join the 21st century."

"So, it's me, I'm on Facebook and Twitter, but not right now. I'm walking down the street looking for a cab. See ya!"

Her Twitter user pic is kinda cool, though -- it shows Gwyneth and her son in the family's fabulous outdoor kitchen.
