Oprah's all-time favorite guest!

The Oprah Winfrey Show has had some whopper guests over the past 25 years, but Oprah herself has revealed her all-time favorite -- Dr. Tererai Trent.

If you're Oprah Winfrey, how do you choose your favorite guest of all time from The Oprah Winfrey Show vault?

Oprah Winfrey

Well, first you air a show called Oprah's All-Time Favorite Guest Revealed and keep us in suspense for an hour while you recap your top choices. Then you reveal your top banana in the most dramatic of ways. We love Oprah Winfrey and her big reveals.

The show featured amazing guests including Jacqui Saburido, the woman who was burned so severely in a horrific accident, it altered her entire appearance. She appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show back in 2003, agreeing to talk to Oprah about her will to continue on. Her story has kept with Oprah all these years, making her one of Oprah's all-time favorite guests.

Another former guest, a child peacemaker and poet who lost his life to muscular dystrophy, Mattie Stepanek, was honored by Oprah and his mother Jeni Stepanek. If you haven't heard this child's story, who would be 21 today, we suggest you learn more.

But, this is Oprah Winfrey and we all want to know why her number one favorite guest over the past 25 years was Dr. Tererai Trent. It's because she taught us we all have the power. She began doing her brother's homework in Zimbabwe, teaching herself to read and write but was caught. She knew she wanted to get an education but was married off at 11 years old. She wrote down her dreams and buried them under a rock. One by one she crossed them off and began accomplishing them, including moving to America and earning her master's degree and Ph.D.

The big surprise? Oprah is donating $1.5 million so Dr. Tererai can build her own school in her old village.

She's leaving us May 25 -- will you be shedding tears for Oprah Winfrey?
