Playboy Playmate Maces Husband
Playboy Playmate Shauna Sand and her husband were arrested last night after a domestic violence incident. Reports say Sand sprayed her husband in the face with mace.
It was a story of a Playboy Playmate gone wild right before midnight last night when police officers showed up at the Beverly Hills home of actress Shauna Sand and her husband and arrested both after a domestic violence dispute.
Sand, the ex-wife of Lorenzo Lamas, and husband Laurent Homburger, 25, got into a fight that led to officers being called to the residence. Sand, 39, was arrested on felony domestic violence charges, and Homburger, who had been injured, was charged with spousal battery and making criminal threats.
Sand is out on bail after posting $50,000, but Homburger remains at the Beverly Hills police station. Sand's release doesn't end her problems. Lamas is claiming he will seek full custody of their three daughters.
"I am concerned for the welfare of my children," Lamas says. "I will not allow them back in that household until Shauna and her husband receive anger management treatment." Lamas is heading to court today to request an emergency court order that would give him immediate physical custody of the girls, who are 10, 11 and 13.
Sand has a history of domestic violence, including an incident with another ex-husband in which he bit her.
Supposedly last night's fracas began after Sand informed Homburger that she wanted a divorce. Sand ended up locking herself in their bedroom. Homburger reportedly knocked down the door. At that point, Sand reportedly maced her husband in the face.
