Will Kate Hudson marry Matthew Bellamy?

Kate Hudson is expecting a baby with Muse frontman Matthew Bellamy -- but will the couple get married or maintain a romantic partnership sans legalities?

Kate says it's not out of the question, but we shouldn't hold our collective breath.

The actress told InStyle, "My own parents aren't married, and anybody who has seen how we love -- open our arms, and accept people with all of their faults -- knows I come from a great, happy home. A wedding is a beautiful thing and I love the idea of two people celebrating their love and bringing their families together. I wouldn't count it out but Matthew and I kind of skipped that part and went right to the good stuff."

By her own parents she means, of course, Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell, who have famously maintained their non-legal romance for decades. While Russell is not Kate's biological father -- that would be actor Bill Hudson, with whom she has no relationship -- Russell raised her and she considers him her true dad.

So no wedding bells right now for Kate Hudson and Matthew Bellamy, but SheKnows will keep you posted with any changes!
