Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer divorcing over cheating and money?

Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer tweeted on March 9 that "Just for the record, Corey and I are NOT divorcing," however, online records show that the couple did end up filing for a divorce last week. In fact, the official announcement was in the divorce filings section of the Charleston Gazette-Mail newspaper and read, "Leah Messer Simms from Corey Simms."

What happened to cause the young parents of 18-month-old twins Aleeah and Aliannah to divorce?

Messer was spotted filming season two of Teen Mom 2 and crying as she read what was initially thought to be divorce papers to a friend. As it turns out, the papers were not divorce papers, but a print-out of Facebook messages between Corey and a girl named Jordan.

Starcasm was able to zoom in on the papers and caught the following messages that were written this month:

"You are very attractive"

and

"Thank you =) So are you…well…in a manly way. Lol."

Was this the start of an affair that ended their relationship?

Other gossip mags are saying that money problems contributed to their break-up. Corey reportedly withdrew $19,000 from their joint bank account to buy a truck, while Leah wanted to use the money for a home (they currently live in a trailer) and for Aliannah's medical bills.

"He did it without telling Leah, even though the money is mostly her earnings from MTV," a source told In Touch. "When she found out, they had a vicious fight and she left him."

Messer has signed on for two more seasons of Teen Mom 2 -- and insiders tell OK! magazine that Leah is "more into the fame than he is" and that Corey "just wanted to live his life -- he's just a redneck."
