Betty White
Tells It Like It Is

Betty White has no love for fame mongers like Charlie Sheen and Lindsay Lohan -- in fact, she thinks they are a disgrace to the profession of acting!

Betty WhiteBetty White knows a thing or two about true Hollywood success -- after all, this Golden Girl got her start in Tinseltown way back in 1939. And if there is one thing she will not abide, it's unappreciative slackers.

Like, say, Lindsay Lohan and Charlie Sheen, for example.

The Hot in Cleveland star says these two are acting like spoiled brats and have zero appreciation for a career others would kill for.

"They party too much, don't learn their lines, are unprofessional and they grumble about everything. I think they are terribly ungrateful," White told the Daily Mail.

"I cannot stand the people who get wonderful starts in show business, and who abuse it. Lindsay Lohan and Charlie Sheen, for example, although there are plenty of others, too. They are the most blessed people in the world and they don't appreciate it."

White says working actors should count their blessings every minute of every day, because there is always someone else waiting in the wings to take your place.

"Respect your profession. There is an enormous population out there, who would sell their souls to do what you do," she said. "It's an amazing life, so make sure you appreciate every minute of it."

Hot in Cleveland airs on TV Land.
