Eva's Wardrobe Malfunction!
Eva Longoria got a very warm welcome on David Letterman, and that was before she gave him a glimpse of her boob! Longoria visited Letterman to promote her new book, Eva's Kitchen: Cooking with Love for Family and Friends. Wearing a hot pants tuxedo number with no shirt, Longoria exposed a little more than she'd planned.
The diva said she was instructed not to wear a shirt for his benefit, but SheKnows imagines that wardrobe malfunction boob flash was an accident.
"We're going to lose our liquor license, I know it," Letterman sighed when Longoria's blazer popped open.
The truth is, Longoria didn't flash much, but the hoopla is sure getting her new cookbook, Eva's Kitchen: Cooking with Love for Family and Friends, some good press! The duo did get in some real talk around the malfunction, though there was zero chatter about Longoria's divorce from Tony Parker, which was finalized back in January.
The 36-year-old star dished about her new cookbook, Eva's Kitchen, her killer cooking skills and her hit show Desperate Housewives. "We're almost done negotiating, so we'll be back for year eight and hopefully year nine," Longoria said of Housewives. "We're still the number one scripted show on the network, so we're excited."
Longoria and Letterman also looked back on Longoria's three-year stint on The Young and the Restless. They played a clip from her character Isabella's famous bathroom attack and Longoria recalled the time a fan attacked her for going after the character Paul.
Longoria's visit to David Letterman was just one stop on her promotional campaign. She was on The Early Show that morning and Piers Morgan last night and did a satellite book tour.
She's also getting some promotional help from her girls. Victoria Beckham tweeted a car shot of Longoria with the book, along with a shot of Longoria getting ready for The Early Show wearing an outfit from the Victoria Beckham line. Kim Kardashian also got in on the action, posting a pic of herself with the book and tweeting, "Hey @EvaLongoria what should I cook tonight. Everything looks so good!"
Eva's Kitchen: Cooking with Love for Family and Friends offers 100 of Longoria's fave recipes, along with memories of her Texas ranch upbringing, her very first cooking adventures, vacations overseas, nights in with her girlfriends and last-minute pre-red carpet meals. It's available at your local or online bookstore.
