Glee Goes Original At Regionals!

Glee is shaking up its format for this week's regionals episode. Look for McKinley High's favorite glee club to master the art of the original song.

Glee is heading to regionals this week where it's all about originality in the brand-new episode, Original Song.

Glee performs Original Song

With everything riding on New Directions' performance at regionals, the group is taking on its first ever original song assignment in hopes of beating out the competition -- the Warblers and Aural Intensity, who are now coached by Sue Sylvester (Jane Lynch).

Rachel (Lea Michele) isn't giving Finn (Cory Monteith) up so easily this week. Be warned Quinn (Dianna Agron), the diva is calling you out with a brutal warning: "I get Finn...you get heartbroken." Rachel also cautions her former beau to "listen carefully" during their duet, she has a special message just for him. Rachel was pushing for an original song assignment, so look for her complete investment in the task.

Also, Glee will be debuting other new original songs including Loser Like Me, Get It Right and Hell to the No.

This is Glee, after all, so there will be a few covers such as the Warblers' rendition of Pink's Raise Your Glass.

What do you think of Glee's attempt to perform original songs? Could this turn out to be like Rachel's tribute to her headband in Blame It on the Alcohol?

Tell us, we want to know!

I've heard all of the songs already and they sound great! Loser Like Me is a cute, summery and very upbeat song that just makes you want to jump around your room...no seriously though & Get It Right is a very soft, heart-felt ballad that just makes you feel genuinely sorry for Rachel Berry. Hell To The No is alright, perfect for Mercedes' character though.
