Miranda Lambert tops Academy of Country Music Award nominees

The Academy of Country Music Award nominees have been announced and Miranda Lambert's name was all over them. The country music fireball leads the ACM nominees with a dominating seven nods including her first ACM Entertainer of the Year nomination.

Miranda Lambert joined country music legend Ronnie Dunn at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in Nashville to announce this year's ACM nominees which also included Kenny Chesney and the Zac Brown Band with five nominations and "it" girl Taylor Swift with four nominations. The Band Perry came in neck-and-neck with Swift with their four nods as the group continues to blow the country world away with their haunting vocals.

Miranda Lambert is going to have a fight on her hands as she takes on Jason Aldean, Toby Keith, Brad Paisley, Taylor Swift and Keith Urban for Entertainer of the Year -- but we're confident the spitfire will be fine.
