Reese Witherspoon is engaged!

Never one to be left in the dust, actress Reese Witherspoon joined a slew of other celebs this week and got engaged!

Reese's lucky man is none other than super-agent Jim Toth, her boyfriend of one year.

"They are extremely happy," Reese's rep told UsMagazine.com.

Toth is an agent with Creative Artists Agency, who reps Reese, but he doesn't handle her bookings. The pair started dating last January, shortly after Reese's split from Jake Gyllenhaal.

A source close to the couple says Toth is close to Reese's two kids with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe, 11-year-old Ava and 7-year-old Deacon, even staying with them while Reese is away filming.

"She is definitely happy, in love and definitely wants to settle down," said the insider.

Reese and Phillippe divorced in 2008.
