Pretty Wild Alexis Neiers arrested for heroin

Alexis Neiers is living up to the name of her E! reality show, Pretty Wild. Authorities just arrested her for numerous offenses, including possession of black tar heroin.

Neiers was arrested and spent 30 days in jail this summer for her involvement in burglarizing Orlando Bloom's home in LA. The 19-year-old never checked in for probation after being released from jail and cops went to her LA home this morning.

Cops searched the home and discovered the black tar heroin, as well as a fake Florida driver's license and booked her on probation violation, possession of a controlled substance, and perjury (for the fake ID). TMZ has obtained a mug shot of a glassy-eyed Neiers sporting a t-shirt that reads, "Free Bird!"

Her reps have not commented, however, she could spend more time behind bars since she was still on probation.
