Capri Anderson
Not Filing

Capri Anderson has reconsidered filing a lawsuit against Charlie Sheen after he filed one against her for extortion.

Capri Anderson threatened Charlie Sheen with a lawsuit after getting mixed up in the ugly incident at the Plaza Hotel -- you know, the one in which Sheen was hospitalized after guzzling booze and, according to Capri, inhaling a "powdery white substance?" The one where his crazy expensive watch went mysteriously missing?

After Sheen scoffed at the idea of Anderson suing him, then turned around and sued her for extortion, Capri -- who also goes by the name Christina Walsh -- has decided she needs a sec to think about this little plan of hers before it all falls apart.

Her lawyer Keith Davidson said, "Through the process of Ms. Walsh appearing on ABC's Good Morning America, and finally issuing her public statement regarding the events of her night with Mr. Sheen, Ms. Walsh has experienced the natural emotions of many domestic violence victims... that of fear, anxiety and ultimately, a certain level of empowerment."

"Ms. Walsh has thus, and for the time being, opted to consult the New York City authorities regarding the events of October 26, 2010. Ms. Walsh's refrain from the issuance of any civil lawsuit is separate and apart from any consideration of Mr. Sheen's ludicrous lawsuit against her."

The biggest problem with Capri's little plan is herself. While no one disputes the fact that Charlie Sheen is a raging hedonistic maniac, Anderson's plan for some quick cash has gone awry three times already: When Sheen began to believe she stole his watch, when she told police on the night of the incident he was a perfect gentleman to her and didn't lay a finger on her, and when she later reiterated that statement on her website.

Has everyone gone mad? Why should be a and/or some excess of a rich person paraded on news, including Good Morning America? We do not have decent or smart people in America to talk with anymore?
