Gwyneth Paltrow Glee Preview

We've read about it, heard about it and dreamed about it -- now we'll finally see it. The Gwyneth Paltrow and Glee mashup we've been waiting for goes down this week.

Gwyneth Paltrow on Glee

On this week's episode of Glee entitled The Substitute, Gwyneth Paltrow hits the glee club scene as Holly Holliday, a substitute Spanish teacher who comes to Mr. Schuester's (Matthew Morrison) rescue.

When McKinley High faces a flu breakout, Mr. Schue becomes too sick to teach.

It's up to the new substitute Holly Holliday to teach the kids of New Directions a thing or two about making music.

Rumor has it, Holliday will also put some moves on Mr. Schuester, putting a kink in his dysfunctional relationship with Emma Pillsbury.

Mr. Schuester isn't the only one falling ill.

The principal hands over the reigns to Sue Sylvester when he can no longer fight being sick. Who will be first on Sue Sylvester's hit list?

We're not telling.

As we recently reported, Gwyneth Paltrow will lend her superb vocal styling to a TV friendly version of Cee Lo's Forget You.

The Glee gang back in the day!

Paltrow will also get her own Glee mashup when two worlds collide in a monster fusion of Umbrella and Singing in the Rain.

I was terribly disappointed by this episode. Gwenyth Paltrow is an amazing talent who was killed by bad writing. The inaccruate quip about bipolar disorder and medical marijuana were just not good at all. Mercedes tater tot quest was lame and out of character for someone as spunky as here and the disgusting look at baby Will's and Terry's life (vasoline on the thermometer.) made me vomit in my mouth. This show is going downhill and needs something to pick it back up..Beyonce anyone?
