Glee: Boys versus girls!

When Glee takes a break, even a short one, it feels like a lifetime. Glee is back this week, on the heels of its successful freaktastic The Rocky Horror Picture Show theme with a battle of the sexes episode.

In this week's episode of Glee, Never Been Kissed, Mr. Schuester (Matthew Morrison) challenges the kids of New Directions to a boys versus girls competition. Gleeks might remember this familiar sing-off from season one -- but this time there's a stipulation. The boys have to sing songs of a feminine nature and the girls have to sing masculine-infused songs with one very special judge -- Coach Beiste (Dot Jones).

The Glee girls rock out

Never Been Kissed also gives fans a first glimpse of the character Blaine (Darren Criss) who may or may not turn out to be Kurt Hummel's (Chris Colfer) new love interest.

Oh, did we mention the return of Puck straight from juvie? Yeah, that's happening too!

Glee's Never Been Kissed features mashups of Stop in the Name of Love and Free Your Mind along with Start Me Up and Livin' On a Prayer. The episode will also bust out some Katy Perry and take on teenage woes with the singer's Teenage Dream and Bob Marley's One Love.

The Glee guys take us back

Music from Never Been Kissed can be purchased exclusively through iTunes November 9 and check out the all-new episode of Glee tonight on Fox. If you can't wait, gleek-out to a clip of Glee's Never Been Kissed.
