grey's anatomy: babies on the brain

Tensions rise on this week's episode of Grey's Anatomy, entitled Can't Fight Biology. After a visit to the obstetrician to determine if she can conceive, Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) and Derek receive life-changing news.

Meanwhile, Lexie (Chyler Leigh) goes borderline bonkers when she observes Meredith and April (Sarah Drew) bonding.

In operating room news, a car crash brings in several trauma patients giving Jackson an idea on how to move ahead in the operating room. Cristina's insecurities come full circle during a house-hunting outing with Owen (Kevin McKidd).

Grey's Anatomy airs tonight at 9 p.m. on ABC.
