Miranda Lambert

Miranda Lambert joined Dierks Bentley on Good Morning America to announce the CMA final list of nominees, only to find she tops the list!

With a total of nine nominations, Lambert nabbed the most noms of any country woman in history. Her noms include Album of the Year, Female Vocalist of the Year, Vocal Event of the Year, Entertainer of the Year, Video of the Year, Single of the Year and Song of the Year.

"I didn't even think I was eligible for nine categories," Lambert said during the announcements.

Her co-announcer Bentley nabbed three of his own CMA nominations, including Male Vocalist, Album of the Year and Musical Event. "I've been sipping the excitement like a fine whiskey," Bentley said. "I'm so excited."

Lady Antebellum followed Lambert's lead with five noms, including Entertainer, Vocal Group and Album, Singing and Music Video for their track Need You Now.

The Zac Brown Band and Lambert's fiance Blake Shelton nabbed four nods each. In addition to being up for Male Vocalist, Shelton will go up against his leading lady for Musical Event of the Year, Single of the Year and Music Video of the year for his track Hillbilly Bone with Trace Adkins.

Other big CMA nominees include Brad Paisley, Keith Urban, Martina McBride, Reba McEntire, Taylor Swift, Carrie Underwood, George Strait and Keith Urban.

Check out the big nominee list below to see who else made the cut this year.

With Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood set to host for their third time running, the 44th Annual CMA Awards will air live on ABC November 10, 2010.

That may seem a ways off, but you don't have to wait till then for a country hoe-down. The CMA Music Festival: Country's Night to Rock airs tonight, September 1, on ABC from 8 to 11 pm. The concert was filmed back in June and performers who take the stage include last year's CMA Entertainer of the Year Taylor Swift and this year's CMA nominees Lambert, McEntire, Shelton with Adkins, Lady Antebellum, Zac Brown Band, Urban, McBride, Paisley, Underwood and more.
