Lindsay Lohan Surrenders

Lindsay Lohan checked herself out of the sober house and into jail July 20. Lohan surrendered herself to police early in the morning and now is currently in the custody of the LA County Sheriff's Department.

At 8:37 am, as E! Online reported, Lindsay Lohan arrived in court with her mother Dina Lohan by her side. Also joining Lohan was her former-now-current lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley.

Robert Shapiro, who had represented Lindsay for all of a few days, had apparently decided the Lindsay Lohan circus was too much for the former OJ Simpson power attorney.

Although friends had reported that Lindsay Lohan was in denial about the jail situation, by the looks of things, Lohan was more than ready to begin her 90-day sentence. Most likely, Lindsay will hardly serve anything close to 90 days!
