Mathew Knowles is the father

Wright gave birth to the baby after an 18-month-affair and filed a paternity suit in October. Beyonce's mother Tina Knowles filed for divorce shortly thereafter.

Mathew was temporarily ordered to pay $8,200 in child support pending resolution of the paternity suit. Looks like that check will keep coming to Wright's mailbox. Good thing for her, because this out-of-work actress hasn't worked in TV or film since 2002.

The baby's name is Nixon, but Alexsandra gave him her own surname instead of Knowles, and Mathew is not listed as the father on the birth certificate. Will this now change? In many states a man's name can not be listed as the father on a birth certificate if the man in question is not present.

Mathew and Tina's divorce is still pending. There has been no official statement from any family members so far about the baby.
